Jorge comes to There With Care of the Bay Area from the Ronald McDonald House at Stanford, where his work as a Guest Services Associate allowed him the opportunity to see the impact that There With Care has on families firsthand. In this role, Jorge was able to get a greater understanding for facilitating prompt communication and care between families, volunteers and hospital personnel while building and maintaining compassionate relationships with families.
As a new Program Coordinator, Jorge will help ensure families are supported throughout their medical crisis and will be a liaison between families, There With Care staff and volunteers and referring organizations. Jorge hopes to reach a wide range of families seeking services, while providing exceptional customer support in, but not limited to, English and Spanish.
