Katie has worked in advertising and brand communications for 20 years, the last ten at Google. There, she partnered with Fortune 500 consumer and B2B clients on all stages of the digital planning cycle: from early campaign strategy, audience segmentation and media mix to creative development, original content, and measurement. Katie left Google in 2016 to launch her own digital consulting firm, digitalHarvest, which aims to help wine industry clients build their online brand and direct sales.
In the community, Katie has focused on children including board positions at the Child & Family Institute (CFI) and the Laurel Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization. Katie is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications and lives in Menlo Park, with her husband, son, and two daughters. Katie is passionate about There With Care of the Bay Area through her own childhood experience with open heart surgery, and understands how vital a strong family and community is during a very traumatic time.
